blue vs purple


atmospheric color was the biggest element
that took a while to decide.
Blue made it look more like "night" instead
of heavy rain, so I went with the purple
color.

    I think the problem is that the colors are so saturated that it looks like night anyway. Grey everything out (and go with the bluish tint) and it'll look more rain-y. Everything always becomes one color in the rain =)
